Ultimate Living Spaces found our beginnings when we began in both residential and commercial property management in Barron County. We covered all facets of business from maintenance and mechanical work, to finding tenants and flipping properties. As we got our hands on more situations, more people began taking notice. Gradually, we shifted course and focused our efforts on remodeling and new construction. In 2012 we welcomed Jacob Gerlach, Tom’s son, to the team, ushering in the second generation of contractors.

Today we serve northwest Wisconsin and Northeast Minnesota both as your builders and as preferred installers for multiple Forbes500 companies.
